How to list one item on Vinted, Depop and eBay at the same time
Build the listing once in a crosslisting tool, tick Vinted, Depop and eBay as destinations, and publish. The tool fills each marketplace's required fields from the same source item and posts to all three. When it sells on one, auto-delisting removes the copies from the other two — so you never sell the same item twice.
Doing it by hand takes roughly 10–15 minutes per item, three times over, and leaves you to pull two listings down manually the moment one sells. That gap is where double-sales happen.
Relistly publishes one item to Vinted, Depop, eBay and 15 more marketplaces in a single pass, then delists automatically on sale.
Two ways to do it
| By hand | With a crosslisting tool | |
|---|---|---|
| Time per item | ~10–15 min × 3 marketplaces | Build once, publish to all three |
| Photographs | Re-uploaded three times | Uploaded once, reused |
| Per-marketplace fields | Looked up and typed each time | Prompted for only what the destination needs |
| When it sells | You remember to delete the other two | Auto-delisted, roughly every 15 minutes |
| Double-sale risk | Real, and expensive | Managed for you |
| Cost | Free, but slow | Relistly from €14/mo, 14-day trial, no card |
If you sell fewer than about twenty items a month, doing it by hand is genuinely fine. Past that, the retyping is the bottleneck and a tool pays for itself in an afternoon.
Publishing to Vinted, Depop and eBay in one pass
About ten minutes for the first item, then a minute or two each after that.
Connect the three marketplaces
Install the Relistly browser extension and sign in to each marketplace as you normally would. Relistly posts through your own signed-in sessions and never asks for your marketplace passwords. Actions are paced deliberately to keep your accounts healthy.
Select all three destinations
Tick Vinted, Depop and eBay on the same item. You can add Grailed, Vestiaire Collective, Marktplaats, 2dehands and the rest of the supported marketplaces in the same pass.
Fill the marketplace-specific fields
Each one asks for different things. eBay wants a category and item specifics. Vinted wants a size and a parcel size. Depop wants style tags. Relistly shows only the fields the destination actually requires, so you are not guessing.
Adjust the price per marketplace
Identical prices give different take-home, because the fees differ (see the table below). Set the price per channel for the payout you want — the free marketplace fee calculator compares net payout across all three side by side.
Publish, then let auto-delisting protect you
Publish to all three at once. When the item sells on any of them, Relistly removes the copies it posted on the other two, on a schedule of roughly every 15 minutes. No cancelled orders, no refunded buyers.
What actually changes between Vinted, Depop and eBay
The listing is the same item, but not the same listing. These are the three things worth adapting rather than copying.
| Marketplace | Buyer | Seller fees | Adapt this |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vinted | European everyday fashion, high volume, price-sensitive | Private sellers pay no selling fee in most markets — the buyer pays Buyer Protection | Size and parcel size are mandatory; keep the title plain and searchable |
| Depop | Younger, style-led, vintage and Y2K | Payment processing plus, where applicable, a selling fee — rates differ by market | Style tags do the discovery work; a styled first photo matters more here |
| eBay | Broadest reach, search-driven, buyers who know what they want | Final value fee on price plus shipping, plus a fixed order fee — varies by category and country | Item specifics and a keyword-dense title; price to absorb the fee on shipping |
Fee rates change and differ by country and account type — check current rates with the free Vinted, Depop and eBay fee calculators before you price. For titles that fit each marketplace's conventions, use the free listing title generator.
The one thing that goes wrong: the double sale
Listing on three marketplaces triples your reach and triples the chance that two buyers pay for the same jacket within the same hour. When that happens you cancel an order, refund a buyer, and take a hit on that marketplace's seller metrics — on eBay and Depop, repeated cancellations affect your standing.
Doing this manually means checking three apps constantly. Auto-delisting is the whole reason crosslisting tools exist: when a sale is detected on one channel, the tool pulls the listings it posted on the others. Relistly runs that check on a schedule of roughly every 15 minutes across all 18 supported marketplaces, so the exposure window is minutes rather than however long it takes you to notice.
Nothing here breaks any marketplace's rules. Vinted, Depop and eBay do not require exclusivity, and multi-listing is standard reseller practice. Selling the same item twice is the problem — not listing it in three places.
