What is the official Relistly website?
Relistly's official website is relistly.io, and the app runs at app.relistly.io. Relistly.com is a separate, unaffiliated website that we do not operate — always sign in at app.relistly.io.
How do I install Relistly?
Create your account at relistly.io, then install the Relistly Bridge extension: download the latest build (.zip) from relistly.io/download, unzip it to a folder you'll keep, open
chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder. Open the extension, sign in with your Relistly account, and you're ready to cross-list. A one-click Chrome Web Store version is coming soon.How does Relistly access my marketplace accounts?
It works through the marketplace sessions you're already signed in to in your own browser. Relistly never asks for or stores your marketplace passwords, and only acts on the marketplaces you choose to publish to.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Eighteen: Vinted, Vestiaire Collective, Depop, Grailed, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Poshmark, Whatnot, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, StockX, Cardmarket, Marktplaats, Leboncoin, Kleinanzeigen, 2dehands and Vendora. Among the EU classifieds, Marktplaats and 2dehands are live today, Vendora supports import and auto-delist (posting on the roadmap), and Leboncoin and Kleinanzeigen are coming soon. Availability can vary by country and account type.
Does Relistly work outside Europe?
Yes. Relistly is built Europe-first — with euro pricing, EU sizing and local marketplaces — but it also crossposts to worldwide channels such as eBay, Etsy, Depop, Grailed and StockX.
A listing didn't post — what should I check?
Make sure you're signed in to that marketplace in the same browser, that your account is in good standing, and give paced jobs a moment to run. Then retry the job from your Relistly dashboard. If it keeps failing, email us the marketplace and any error you saw.
The extension says "Not connected."
Open the Relistly Bridge popup, confirm you're signed in to Relistly, check the server URL under Advanced (default
app.relistly.io), then press Refresh. Reloading the marketplace tab also helps.Does Relistly sell my data?
No. Your data is used only to operate the service and is never sold. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I manage or cancel my plan?
From your account settings in the Relistly app. If you need a hand, email support@relistly.io and we'll sort it out.
Troubleshooting checklist
- Confirm you're signed in to the marketplace in the same browser profile.
- Reload the marketplace tab, then reopen the Relistly Bridge popup and hit Refresh.
- Check the extension's server URL (
app.relistly.io) under Advanced. - Make sure the marketplace account is in good standing and not rate-limited.
