Inventory profit tracker
A working spreadsheet in your browser. Add items, enter cost, sale price, fees and shipping, and it computes profit and margin per row plus totals. Saved to this device automatically — export to CSV any time.
Fees are the line most sellers underestimate: Vestiaire Collective takes 17% commission plus a 3% payment fee on EUR sales, while Vinted charges private sellers no selling fee in most markets. Use the free fee calculators to fill the fees column accurately.

How to track reselling profit
Profit only becomes clear once you count every cost. For each item, log what you paid, what it sold for, the marketplace fees and any shipping you covered. The tracker then shows profit = sale − cost − fees − shipping and your margin, per item and across your whole inventory. Use the fee calculators to fill in the fees accurately, then export to CSV for your records or accounts.
Once you sell across several marketplaces, keeping this in one place — rather than per platform — is what makes your real numbers visible.
What to record for each item
Keep it simple and consistent. For every item log the cost (what you paid, including any sourcing costs you want to attribute), the sale price, the fees the marketplace took, and the shipping you covered. Set a status — Sourced, Listed or Sold — so you can see at a glance how much stock is still working. The tracker totals cost, sales, fees and profit across everything, so you always know your true margin rather than just your top-line sales.
From spreadsheet to system
A tracker like this is perfect when you're starting out or handling tens of items. As volume grows, manually copying fees and marking items sold across platforms becomes the bottleneck — and the source of oversells. That's the point where dedicated inventory software, with automatic delisting when an item sells, saves the most time.
